- Condition of the Item: The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. Watches must be unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and protective seals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Exclusions: Customized or personalized items, gift cards, and certain clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. This will ensure that the return process is smooth and efficient.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the same steps outlined for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out the new item at no additional shipping charge. If the item you wish to exchange for is priced higher or lower than the original, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
